Relating to divorce christian marriage act

Sir i and my husband were married on October end and got separated within 10 days .we decided to get divorce we got married according to christian marriage .when shall i apply for divorce according to christian marriage act and how long will it take to get divorce according to christian marriage act due to mutual consent

Good evening You can file mutual divorce after 1 year of the marriage date It may take 6 months time to get order in mutual divorce However you can file waiver petition to waive this above mentioned cooling period If you want any further assistance you can call me

Section 10-A, parties may together mutually file a petition for divorce in the District Court. In order to do this, they must have lived separately for two years and must be unable to live together. In case parties do not withdraw this petition between 6 to 18 months, the court may dissolve their marriage.

you cannot marry any person when a diverse petition is still pending because the husband and wife between the first person is still pending if you marry when their diverse petition is pending or the marriage is subsisting then it is amount to buy any IT amounts to 7 year in prison month so it is better to marry after you get the divorce AC through mutual consent within 10 days you can get divorce when you are come under mutual consent or under the expert advice

you cannot married second time before diverse order . you get favour order . you will marry second time . please call me. maybe the Honorable Court giving order against diverse . then we will Apple another court

No , you cannot marry second time if divorce case is still hearing .. it is not possible . marrying a person without getting divorce is an offence in the Christian law. for further details contact me.
