Q: Separation of couple due to in-laws health condition
My wife verbally abused my mother after my marriage four years ago, following which my mother left our house at chennai and started living ALONE in my native place - trichy. She is 70 years old now and her health is in poor condition. she is not in a position to live ALONE and needs me badly. But my wife is not willing to take care of her and not accepting into our household.Rightnow, I came to my native to take care of her as she underwent cataract surgery and it seems that she needs me permanently. If I stay at my native along with my mother permanently away from my wife,my relatives are saying that my wife will file a police complaint saying that my mother spoilt her life by separating me from her (ie., my wife). My wife will ask police to fetch me in person physically by filling complaint. I am unemployed and don't want to leave my mother for an abusive wife. Please help me with your legal advice as to what if my wife files a police complaint seeking my detention.

Q: AUTONOMOUS BODY DENIED ACCCESS TO MY PAPERS AND REVALUATION
I APPLIED FOR FSSAI ADMINISTRATIVE EXAM POST. I CLEARED PRELIMS EXAMINATION & WORKED VERY HARD FOR MAINS EXAMINATIONS WHICH IS DESCRIPTIVE PATTERN - HAND WRITTEN EXAMINATION. I KNOW ALL THE ANSWERS BUT DUE TO TIME CONSTRAINT, I WAS ABLE TO ATTEND FOR 80 MARKS CORRECTLY. WITHIN FEW DAYS OF WRITTEN EXAMINATION FSSAI RELEASED MARKS AND I WAS AWARDED JUST 35 OUT OF 100. I APPLIED FOR RTI ASKING FSSAI TO 1) REVALUATE MY PAPER, 2) SHARE CORRECTED ANSWER PAPER SOFT COPY AND 3) ON WHAT BASIS PAPER CORRECTED AND MARKS WERE AWARDED IN MAINS EXAMINATION. THE CPIO HAVENT REPLIED TO MY QUERY FOR MANY DAYS AND ONE FINE DAY I SENT A MAIL TO CPIO REQUESTING HIM TO REPLY TO RTI. WITHIN MINUTES OF MAIL, THEY DISPOSED MY REQUEST WITHOUT DETAILS. THEY STATED THAT REVALUATION IS NOT POSSIBLE, SHARING PAPER IS NOT POSSIBLE AND PATTERN OF EXAM THEY PROVIDED WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION ABOUT MAINS EXAM CORRECTION BASIS WHICH ACTUALLY I ASKED FOR. 35 DAYS GONE & APPELATE AUTHORITY HAVENT REPLIED YET.HOW TO DEAL ?
Advocate R. Girija answered

Q: Bank e auction property legal advice required on open space area
I have purchased property through bank e auction. The property is a flat with 4 houses, G1 and G2 at ground floor and F1 & F2 at first floor. G1 & F1 both came for auction. Left side of the building there is one open space area and at the right side of the building there is one Space area surrounded by compound wall. My property is located at G1 with bank announcement stating, build area 1120 Sq.ft (942sq ft constructed area and 178 Sq ft open area) with UDS of land out of total area of 2988 Sq ft, equivalent to 747 Sq.ft.F1 - property details according to bank announcement- build up area 1000 Sq.ft along with UDS of land out of total area of 2988 Sq ft, equivalent to 747 Sq ft.The compound wall constructed area also has some open free spaces in front and back of the building where there will be 4 Sq ft between house and wall ( two men walk around the house on front and back side of the house). My doubt is who should use the open area legally or it is common for G1 & F1.
