Q: False DVC filed against me and my Family - Muslim

Hi AllFalse dvc has been filled against me and my family in court. No police complaint has been filed so far since the matter is with court. Now the case is in Trail. They dnt have or filled single evidence for this case at court. Affidavit haz been given only on the basis of 100% false statement and words by the petioner. But i dnt knw on what basis they have initiated this case.Case has been filed on Sep 2021. What needs to be done to break this case as soon as possible...? For Each and every hearing i am travelling around 200 kms. This is happening for 8 months. They are demanding 90L as a compensation as per court papers..

Q: emotional threats by wife, what choices do I have

I am married (12 years) and have 2 kids (10 yr/girl, 5 yr /boy). My wife (homemaker) is constantly unhappy, shouting and angry a lot. She has refused any recommendations to take therapy or counselling. We keep fighting a lot in front of kids. Wife has also said that she feels suicidal and has attempted it once a few years back. She gets angry even at the slightest contradiction of anything. She does not let me work - creates fake emergencies when I am on travel and emotionally blackmails me. I have lost my mental peace and unable to focus on work, severed connections with friends and feel utterly helpless. nnWhat are my choices? n- What if she does something to herself? That thought alone scares me. How can I protect myself? She writes a diary and keeps telling me that someday she will do something to herself and blame it on me.- If I ask for divorce, will I get my children custody?

you give counselling to your wife. talk about with your father in law and his family. what she like in family situation and your living in joint family or separately maybe you are leaving with joint family. you will be going separately it is a best solution of the life and this situation. but you already living separately. your your wife relationships stay some days in your house she will be changed mental depression. both are living together it is say your kids and their future .

Q: Separated Husband filed a divorce - maintenance issue

married for 21 yrs & have 2 daughters 20 yrs & 15 yrs. August 2019 I came to know that my husband is having an extramarital affair. In-laws sold a family property & gave Rs.27 lacs to my husband to buy a house in July 2013 which was not informed to me at that time. He has already taken all my income when I was earning, savings, jewels and loans in my name in banks for his business, transferred his apartment in the name of his brother, so that I can't claim any share from it. he has got 3 lands in his name but i don't know what has happened to that? He has forged my signature & got 3.5 lacs from a financier. Because of all the above reasons, my husband is not giving me proper answers or accounts regarding the money & the affair. We have had arguments and misunderstandings. My husband has been living separately for the past 11 months & daughters were staying with me and he was paying all the house maintenance & education. you are only liable person to living with your husband. it is your fundamental rights by the Hindu marriage act. How is your income source. your husband 's income source. what about thinking your daughters about case. you will be filing a civil suit against your husband's property because your income also issued to buy this property. you and your daughters will be file the civil suit. husband will not be transfer and sale the property.

Q: contested case - help required

hindu not working women with a kid. my hus failed to take care of me n baby from day 1. he left me in parents home for delivery n didnt take us back. he didnt give any money also. no contacts even during covid. i raised my kid alone by getting money from parents. he waited for 2 years n sent legal notice on dessertion crutely. i dont want to give divorce as my life not even started. i m having kid in hand.he wants to divorce me soon is it possible if i say NO in court. can they force me to divorce. how to Dismiss the case or make him realise. how long can we drag the case.?no other women shld suffer this way.

what is the reason mention in the case by your husband. why he refused your relationship. you don't like to give drivers to your husband. you stay in your own confidential still with end it will be use to your future. maybe maybe he will got drivers. he will pay maintenance for you and your kids. it is duty of every Hindu husband.
