Regarding settlement the matrimonial dispute in court

I live separate with my wife and kids since last two years I have two daughters 19 and 14.My wife has moved to unknown location since last eight months in West Delhi area Its already two years and I would like to see my minor daughter and tried to messaged her many times but there is no response from her side.I have been to police station they don't write complaint say no crime committed.Sir how can I call my wife in court for legal proceedings.

You have to file an application under section 9 of Hindu marriage act with providing contact details then the court sends notice to appear in court. This is simple and fast approach.
