I got married with a girl. I don't like that marriage not at all. my parents committed suicide to convince me for that marriage. I was done in April 2nd 2017. I don't even touch her till today. She is in her home I am told her many times that I don't like her I asked divorce too but she said no and she also gave a false complaint that am herrasing her. I don't even called her daily I talked with her very limitedly even though she gave a false complaint his parents tried to convince me but I said no finally case was withdrawn by her. Sir please give me a suggestion how get divorce and am also not able to pay maintenance because my qualification is diploma I am doing a contract basis job I don't get my salary by time to time and am leading a difficult life. But she is able to earn because she is back. B.ED graduate and she worked as a teacher before marriage so please give a suggestion sir
you can file for divorce on a couple of grounds which can be clear only after learning about all the facts and circumstances of the case. to determine the question of maintenance, the court will take into account both yours and her salary and qualifications and it is not necessary that you will have to give maintenance
