Regarding divorce and maintenance and I wanted to know about custody

We are married for 2 years , we have 11 months girl child , my husband is not ready to take us to his house and he’s asking me to apply for mutual, and his salary is 35k , I’m not working and not able to handle my expenses, till now my dad has spent on everything, if we agree for mutual how much I get maintenance and alimony for my kid and me , I’m worried about my girl future, my husband has blocked in everything I’m not able to contact.. what to do ?

Dear Madam, You are saying salary of your husband is only Thirty Five Thousand and you are unemployed. In this background, it is not advisable to go for mutual divorce. Better to stay in the same house with your husband by taking protection order from the Court by filing Domestic Violence case. It is very hard to recovery the monthly maintenance if allowed.

right now do not agree profile for mutual divorce. instead you I will far maintenance for both of you.. small amount will be granted by Court within months. later on files for divorce you can think of alimony and maintenance you can ask.

You don't agree for mutual divorce. You cannot claim maintenance or alimony in mutual divorce. You are also not working and you file divorce case ask all the reliefs such as monthly maintenance, permanent alimony, divorce and child custody.
