hello client as i can read ur issue . its really very much horriable to listen that a person is doing all this type of things with you . which can also be known a voilation of fundamental rights. no one in india is allowed to force any one change his or her religion . in this matter i can help you in ur divorce as well as in ur child custody case as well. you will get divorce as well as your child custody as well with the help of the court.

You file your dissolution of marriage in family court under HMA Hindu Marriage Act and state all things in it mentioning that your husband was a muslim but he hide this fact from you at time o f marriage. your marriage inder hundu law is void under Sec 5. pl go ahead and get dissolution of marriage.

if you married under the Muslim law then there was also should be updated under Muslim law so you should approach that jamaat to get divorce not the court third religion to Hinduism your marriage is according to the Muslim love only so the conversion of religion will not affect or not stand in the way so you must approach the jamaat to get divorce
