Query regarding separation from Husband

I want to leave my husband's house and later in want to file a divorce after separation. Can I just write a letter for this and leave it for him and leave the house in his absence? Will this have any consequences for me?

Actually first you should have to open up things like what are the problems you are facing with your husband then the appropriate advice will be deliever to you. There is no consequences to leave his house on your wish but you can't file divorce petition on that ground. so you should clear up the facts.

you can file for mutual divorce after 6 months mutual divorce involves prop6 erty maintenance child custody issues and alimony it will take 6 months for the first motion and then second motion will give final motion
