Quashing of 498a FIR after B report in Police investigation

Hi,
Please help with following:
1) What are the chances of success in Bangalore(Karnataka HC) to get a false 498a FIR quashed, after police has submitted their report that the FIR was bogus(B Report) in lower court?
2) What is the average time duration of quashing process?
3) What is the average fees to quash for a competent advocate in Bangalore(a range would also be helpful)?
