Hello,
you can file an application under Sec 482 CrPC to your High Court for quashing of the FIR.
There is another option available to you at your trial court stage : at the time of framing of Charges you should file an application for discharge, if your discharge application gets accepted then all no charges will be framed against you and your mother, and there will be no further proceedings.

You need to file a case under section 482 before the honorable High Court to quash the case , If in case you do not file a case for quashment Court after going through the available records can pass an order against you if it seems fit

first of all you should hire an advocate, a good one to fight this case, then if he feels that it os a good case for 482, you should seek his help to find an advocate in highcourt, for that 482, then you can get some relief, according to the facts and evidences of that case.
