What is the meaning of no order as to costs,can it be re modified or challengeable.the court order is like that the petition is allowed in 13b,no order as to costs in mutual consent divorce petition.

Dear Sir,
Normally such order will be passed which indicates that both parties shall bear their respective court expenses. If Court orders with cost then one of the party shall have to bear court expenses and reimburse the court expeneses to the other party. If such expenses not paid then contempt of court petition can be filed.
