need to transfer my case from Aligarh UP to Delhi

Chote Bhai ki wife ne apne pati ko chod kar Parivar k baki 5 sadasyo par 498A, Dv act me aligarh Court me mukadma dayar kiya hua h, jisme se meri behen aur behnoi gujrat m rehte h meri mata ji jo k 66 years old ki h wo delhi me rehti h aur unki 3 major surgery ho chuki h kya is ground par hum apna case UP se delhi m transfer karwa sakte hai. kya aisa karwana sahi rahega ya nhi, petitioner b pehle delhi m hi rehti thi ab kuch dino se wo aligarh m rehne lagi hai

you can transfer the case from Aligarh to the Delhi court. there is digital infrastructure in delhi, she can attend the online. there is strong ground that old parents . if you file the transfer petition , it will stay after 10 days of filing.

you can file a transfer petition before the supreme court under 406 crpc to transfer the case from aligarh to delhi on the ground that your mother who is 66 year old has undergone major surgery & resides in Delhi. Additionally the fact that petitioner previously resides in Delhi will strengthen your case

transfer petition mein ye ground le sakte hai ki aapki mother aged hai aur ye ki aligarh aane jaane mein unko dikkaat hai. transfer petition mein bass ye dekha jaata hai ki transfer nahi karne se kya case thik se chal sakta hai.
