Need suggestion regarding divorce

I want to file divorce , i have 1 year baby girl, have problem from husband , he is always use abuse word, and always accepting to give them money from my salary , i am hindu maharashatra
If things are not going in proper way then you both can move away on the mutual terms and if he is not agree with this and torturing you then you can file criminal application under Domestic Violence Act against him and can take protection orders from court.
