I have had been in marriage from 16 years now, eventually got to know about him , as in he is not earning properly and not taking proper care of me and my daughter.He has taken away my gold that ny parents had given me and my daughter,claiming that he will return gold to my parents, he has not till now. He threatens my parents on calls that he wont return my gold ornaments and to do whatever we can . Also he took 2 lakhs from my mother in cash, when we were not aware of his intentions. We are go

you can file a case under section 498 A on the police station and also file a domestic violence case in which you and your daughter can get maintenance, further all that he has snatched from you and your parents can be claimed, further you can also get protection order not to contact or communicate with you your parents, not to enter the place where you and your parents reside, if he doesn't pay maintenance, his bank account can be seized, his salary can be attached, stay order not to sell his property, hence you can get any protection order that you need, just file 498 A in police station and domestic violence in court.
