My wife maintenance issue query

I worked in gulf country since 2 years,i earned almost 20LKs.This 20Lks i kept in FD'sin my NRE ACCOUNT every month I am getting 15K interest.Now i came india for vacation(2yrs after) my wife file 498a and maintenance (wife & 3yers sun) cases. She file maintenance 1lk, But I lost my gulf job due to I didn't return back. My current income is my FD's intrst only. nnSir who much amount court will decide?

specify whether ur wife is having knowledge of the deposits. but at any cost court will award maintenance to ur wife. depending on ur defence only the case can be taken forward and defended accordingly.

a women demand the maintenance on the ģround of the income of the person not the bank saving of the person. If your wife filled the maintenance suit against you then court consider your monthly income only.

If she file a maintenance case then you have to submit last 3 years income tax return and your bank statements also. So if you transfer the amount to your father or mother’s bank account it will reflect in your bank account statement.

hello first of all file a petition under section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act for restitution of conjugal rights . by This petition you will be secured for future in case she claims maintenance or divorce .... now she can only claim maintenance from your income and not from your family's income .... maximum amount for maintenance in UP is 5000 per month but in that case your income must be sufficient to give to her and she must be dependent .... you can call or text for more information thank you

yes apki wife ko right hai agar ap apna account bhi transfer kar dete hai to apke father or mother se bhi maintance lene ka ye legal right hai but iss maintenance se bhi bachne ka right hai apke pas ap iss chij se bach sakte hai don't worry but proceeding follow karna hoga apko
