My wife keep threatening me when ever we have any argument to file fasle dowry and domestic voilance case against me and my family even though we live in other city separated from my family. Her family also support her

first file a complain in your nearest local police station regarding this matter so that she stop threatening you by all such then talk to her parents if still they are not willing toh resolve things then you can file a divorce case

you can protect your family if your father legally serprate you and legally closed all the relation with you and your family by the court. if your wife may file any complaint against your family then your father have the evidence for he has no relation with her.

finally you need to take a stand that where you stand. you want to live with her or you want to live without her. domestic violence or dowry case is her remedy for pressure creat on you. that you make a compromise. but cleverly you can fight to all for reply her cases.
