My lovers wife who has filed case dv in 2018 and maintenance case for which she already got money for kids and court didn't grant money for her as she earns good..after taking money she filed some forgery case against him and tried all wrong ways to destroy him and now she is aware of me and we had very heated argument over phone messages and I feel she might can use against me or him..kindly help

if she is trying to harm you or giving threat you can file a police complaint, it she is threatening you or abusing you on WhatsApp, etc you can also file a cyber crime complaint against her, if she states that her husband is having affair etc then it is for her to prove it, it is difficult to prove this unless she has strong documentary evidence or witnesses who can state of your relationship.
