Firstly tell me on what ground he send you the notice of divorce and do you what to give him divorce.?? You will get the proportion in his property and even now you can ask for monthly maintenance. Your husband has right to ask for restitution of Conjugal rights.

if you dont give divorce to your husband then your husband naver take divorce from the court because the court always gives the divorce on demand of wife. if you want your property share in your husband property then you should file Domestic Violence case against him.

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that legal notice doesn't mean that divorce has been filed so if still amicably things can be resolved do for it as 25 year is a long time yes you and your children have equal right in the property as well as in his income for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.
