23-Apr-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My husband is asking for divorce because of I had physical relation with someone else before marriage. He has screenshot of chats and pics. I have talked to that person only on phone call. He sent me home saying that go for 15-20 days but it's been 2 months and he is not talking to me now. I also have a child and he is saying he is not the father. I don't want divorce so what should I do?

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that if you really want to be together do talk to your husband if you will directly go for litigation then the scenario can be a bit crucial but you have to be smart to it and don't say anything to him which can be bad for future for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

as you told your husband why you want to divorce himAnd they suspect that the child born by them is not theirs, before marriage you had relations with many people whose chats and videos they have with them, on the basis of this they want to divorce youIn such a situation, you have to work very carefully, sit and talk to your husband and convince him, if he agrees then it is good, otherwise your married life is on the verge of ruin

if you not want to divorce then you can file a domestic violence case against your husband or family members. that he not giving you peaceful living in the marital house. and also demanding maintenance for you and your child.
