My father is being harrassed by his 2nd wife who doesn't hv children for alimony. She's been filing false complaints against me and my father with the influence of political workers. And she is asking my grandfather's property which is only for our living. Pls do help me. And she bringing some politicians lawyer to put case against my father.

You may approach the police higher officers and you will definitely get help from them. Otherwise you may file a private complaint under Section 200 of Criminal Procedure Code and seek restrain order against her by filing civil case also.
