My boyfriend Refuse to marry me after physical relationship

I am in a relationship from 1&half year.my boyfriend said that he will marry and we became physical.but now he refuse to marry.i want yo talk his married sister but her husband threatening me that he will report my no. In police station if i msg him.I do not understand what can i do?i want marry him because he promised me that he will marry me after physical relation.pl. give me advice what can i do?

In India, engaging in a physical relationship based on a false promise of marriage can amount to a criminal offense. While consensual sex is not illegal, if the promise to marry was made solely to obtain consent for sexual intercourse without any genuine intention to fulfill it, it may be prosecuted as rape under Section 375 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), as Section 90 deems consent given under a misconception of fact invalid. Depending on the circumstances, such conduct could also lead to charges of cheating under Section 420 IPC or rape by deceit under Section 376 read with Section 417 IPC. In such cases, it is advisable to consult a family law lawyer to assess the evidence and explore legal options.

yes, aap marriage kr skte ho aapko full right hai marriage krne ka kyoki aapne apne physical relationship ko tabhi aage badhaya tha jb ladke ne shadi ke liye ha bola tha agar ladka shadi ke liye mna kr rha hai to aap ladke ke upar case file kr skte hai

You should lodge a First Information Report against your boyfriend if they are adamant about his decision. For that purpose, you should visit Police Station and explain all things whatever happened since the last one and a half year.

you can file a police complaint against your boyfriend for breach of promises to marry and made physical relation with you without your prior consent.
