Q: Husband is not ready to give divorce after filing Mutual Divorce
My husband is having illegal affairs and also he is alcoholic and cigarette. He married me only for money. He and his parents tortures me for money. I filed 498A case against them. Later we filed mutual consent divorce in the court, but on Mutual divorce hearing date husband wants to say that he is willing to continue the marriage, so that I won't get divorce. Basing on his cruel nature is there any other way to apply for divorce only from my side to get divorce in short period.

We got court summons after deadline, charges are 323, 452....now our lawyer is saying to file for bail,but as per my knowledge this is non bailable...so what bail I am asking for as he is also saying that there is no warrant issued..so is this anticipatory....when I asked him the same he is saying to that this will be final or permanent bail..what does final or permanent bail??
