Muze mere husband se divorce chahiye par vo muze divorce nahi dena chahate to main kya karu vo meri jimmedari bhi nahi uthana chahate or muze chodate bhi nahi unake liye bas unki jimmedaari unke bhai bahan ke prati hain main bas unse alag hona chahati hu
To aap divorce file kardo agar alag hona chahte ho to aur baat rahi zimmedari ki to court se har mahine ka maintenance order ho jaega jo aapke husband kodena hi padega and court se order pe nahi diya to police arrest karegi aur aapko divorce bhi mil jayega

Agar aapke pati divorce dene ko tayar nahi hain aur na hi aapki zimmedaari uthate hain, toh aap unilateral divorce (एकतरफा तलाक) file kar sakti hain.
Cruelty (क्रूरता) ke aadhar par divorce – Agar aapke pati aapko mental ya physical torture dete hain, neglect karte hain, ya zimmedaari nahi le rahe, toh aap Section 13(1)(ia) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 ke tahat divorce file kar sakti hain.
Desertion (परित्याग) ke aadhar par divorce – Agar aapke pati 2 saal ya zyada samay se aapko bina kisi valid reason ke chhod chuke hain, toh aap is basis par bhi divorce le sakti hain.
Maintenance (गुजारा भत्ता) – Aap Section 125 CrPC ya Hindu Marriage Act ke tahat maintenance ka case bhi file kar sakti hain taaki aapko financial support mile.
Mediation (सुलह या मध्यस्थता) – Agar sambhav ho, toh aap court-appointed mediation ka bhi sahara le sakti hain.
