Namaste!
This case is fit for a plea of restitution of conjugal rights or that of a divorce. Either of those could easily be obtained by approaching a suitable court of law having adequate jurisdiction over the concerned matter.
I would be glad to assist you with the matter at hand. Please do get in touch.

Hi,
As a matter of principle, it's always advisable to try to settle your differences in a mutually beneficial way and stay together. However, there are times when even the lawyers who drafted 'Brexit' cannot keep two people who dont get along to stay together.
In this instance, if you are certain that there is no future in the marriage, then you can explore the options of mutual consent divorce. However, if you wish to re-concile with your wife, you can proceed with filing an application for restitution of conjugal rights wherein she has not provided you with any sufficient reason for deserting you. Vide such an order, your wife would be directed to return to her household and fulfill her obligations.
It's always better to provide further details for such matters, as it's problematic to discuss such intimate details on a public platform. Let me know if you need further guidance on the same.
