Mutual consent divorce without any dimand without going to court

I was staying away fromy husband since 8 months. I need to go to office due to hybrid mode and I am staying with in same apartment but in seperate room with my husband without physical relationship. There is no abuse. But mismatch of mindset and culture difference. To avoid future conflicts I want to take divorce as early as possible so that he can remarry with suitable match. I want a mutual consent divorce and I have no dimand from my husband. No alimany no maintaince.
In case you wants mutual divorce then must go the concerned family court and file your petition under section 13B of hindu marriage Act, court may allow your petition after waiting period, after getting decree both of you were free from the thread of marriage.
