Hi, In mutual consent Divorce case every things should be settled between parties amicably and whatever the valid terms and conditions both parties decide court accepts and grant divorce. your doubt of denial of wife is valid you in that case you can enter into an agreement separately and also mention all details of transaction in the mcd petition that this money is being taken in lieu of permanent alimony only.

Dear Sir, Your doubt is valid. There is a procedure to safeguard your interest. You have to deposit your amount in the court and it will be released only when she signs all mutual divorce papers and amount will be released to her through court office to her bank account and in the meanwhile mutual divorce decree will be drawn.
