Mental torture's by husband and father in law.

My brother in law mentally torture my sister and i want to know how can i deal with it?nnAlso, his father try to sexually harass her last year but after lots of discuss and mutual agreement, both my sister and her husband separated from their in-laws. nnAlso, torture her for dowry and gave all her belongings to her sister in lawnnNow its too much. My sister tried suicide attempt once and now i don't want her to suffer. What we can do. Please help me.

You can file an FIR against them for their wring doing,, also can file an criminal complaint or domestic violence complaint and also demnd monthly allowances from her husband... And you have more other options also...

Hello your sister can file a complaint in women police station of your area for domestic violence, physical abuse, mental harassment against husband and inlaws and also for sexual harrasment against father-inlaw

your sister have to file different cases against her husband related to dowry, domestic violence..she can also claim for maintenance from her husband if she want to live separate from husband..and even file for divorce on the ground of cruelty

First of all you should take her at your home from her matrimonial home for her safety,then move complaint to police for taking legal action against them, provide your sister medical help and handover medical records to police for corrobation of your case.
