Met a guy on matrimonial site then decided to live together for few days and get marry but now boy is refusing to marry and i m 1month pregnant ..i need a suggestion on this

Give complain to police about this act, sexual intercourse on promise of marriage is rape, after registration of case you should go for abortion with permission of court otherwise life of you and your child will be miserable. It is also possible that under police pressure he will marry you.

Q: Maintenance case against my husband

Husband has filed section 9 RCR to call me back whereas I have left him due to mental disturbance given by him in marriage like not Taking care of basic needs and asking the money back which he paid me when I asked for my need.He didn't arrange practically anything for my pregnancy delivery but verbally he said his family will help but his family saying call your mother to help you.So,these many politics happening and effecting my daily activities mentally.Unfortunately,we have 5 months old son .1 year of arranged marriage.Iam also working but less salary.So,n1) i want money back which my parents gave at the time of marriage.2 ) I want to set my son's future which is impossible alone with my salary.3) i don't want to be with him at all.

You should look after your case properly which was filed by you under section 125 crpc,no need to panic, he is using using tactics against you to make you tired for withdrawing your case, if he filed case under section 9, then try to get transferred at your hometown,try to contact him directly to end this discord to save money, time and energy.

Q: Mental torture's by husband and father in law.

My brother in law mentally torture my sister and i want to know how can i deal with it?nnAlso, his father try to sexually harass her last year but after lots of discuss and mutual agreement, both my sister and her husband separated from their in-laws. nnAlso, torture her for dowry and gave all her belongings to her sister in lawnnNow its too much. My sister tried suicide attempt once and now i don't want her to suffer. What we can do. Please help me.

First of all you should take her at your home from her matrimonial home for her safety,then move complaint to police for taking legal action against them, provide your sister medical help and handover medical records to police for corrobation of your case.

Q: Time Bound the judge for give the final judgement in certain time

I filed a case under section 13(1) HMA in Gurgaon family court in January 2021 and i want know the process to move an application in Punjab haryana highcourt to time bound the case judgment (in person) for 6 months/one year and also bound the respondent physical presence in every court date in Gurgaon family court.

Sir/Madam, it is necessary to have a feasible reason to drag the case in time bound manner,there is no provision in law to make a case time bound without any reason sufficient reason. Your case is not too old, courts hear cases according to action plan,old cases will be taken up earlier than your case, if you want to try in high court,then go for it,but result will be nil. Have patience and keep doing your work .

Q: Procedure to file divorce in case the marriage is not registered

Me and my wife both are force personal and I am posted in chhatisgarh nxl area and she is posted in delhi. I am only son of my parents. My father is retired from army and sugar patient. My mother's health is also not good. We have two boys of 4 years old. My wife misbehaves with my parents and also abuse them sometime. She also abuse me also. She doesn't want to live with my parents and teach children to abuse me . Last 4 month i did not make any conversation with her but she abuses through msgs on wtsp,on mob. Imo etc . My marriage is not registered. Wt should i do. Plz help me

Dear sir, if your marriage is valid under hindu law.. i mean performed all the marriage ceremonies including saptpadi then registration of marriage is not essential. photos of marriage are enough. you should file divorce petition.
