Married to NRI in 2023, he is not responding to any notice under 498a

Hi,
I got married to NRI in 2023 and husband left to US within 15days of marriage. We filed 498a in Varanasi and DV, Maintenance cases in Noida. The parents are not receiving any notice , should I continue fighting these cases or just get ex parte order decree as nobody appears in court.

you have to approach the embassy. the parents are not receiving notice you have to approach the court to issue summons or warrant you should fight because your husband has left you so please carry on regarding the cases

if any party of marriage, either husband or wife not performing their duties... i.e. not maintaining the physical relationship for more then two years... you get the right to take divorce.... you can also get the exparte judgement and decree. after this you can marry again.
secondly without getting divorce, you can also marry to other person in private ceremony...

Batter you serving summans by ministry or embassy bcoz if you got decree exparte then you need to execute your decree and need again fight a case. batter you serving suman first and try to call him in court. for more information you can contact me.
