My in laws are torturing me mentally and are not letting me go to my parents's house since last 3 months and now husband is abusing me very badly . Mother in law and husbnad even tried to snatch baby from my arms saying that they will send me to the mental asylum and they will keep the baby themselves always abusing me verbally and my saying cuss words for my parents and for me. Mother in law always demanding valuables on every festival and husband is just following orders from his mother and sister and his brother in law

firstly you should call the police/dial 112 , when police come then you can go to your maternal home with your baby... after leaving your husband home, and after reaching your parent's home , you should file following cases--1-- for maintenance u/s 125 cr.p.c.2-- for your baby under guardian wards act3-- for divorce... if interested

Q: My father's debt collectors harassing

My father's debt collectors are harassing us and they can't even provide any proper document like any bank statement or check which can prove the proof they can provide is just some normal paper with numbers written over it. I want to know that since my father is not in a medical state to properly confront the debt collectors can we use any legal help.

Q: property disputes between father and uncle

Dear sir,My father and uncles are 3 brother. Grand father and grandfather mother are not live. Property was divided in 2002 mutually and my uncle's taken much more than us and give little to us but we agree on our Fate. In 2002 Ancestral home was given to my 1 uncle and he asked to leave home to us. We leavy and reside in rented home. After we leave home , uncle cheated and asked to give more from our property and forced to give ₹30000/ in 2002 which was big amount that time. After 16yrs they again started abusing my father and creating problems. We want our money back and Proper written Registry of property in our favour.They also threat my father to beat and kill. Mr. Agrawal jee ,please answer following question...1.-Where is the property situated ?2.-is the joint ancestral property has been partitioned between your father and uncles by way of registered partition deed ? If not then....You should sue your uncles in civil court for property...primafacie you will win that case please take appointment to get absolutely right advice

Q: How to stop brother from selling the joint property to rowdy people

Me and my brother are from hindu family have joint property. I live in that place for 15 years. He the to sell his part land mafia type people to make trouble for me. I am offering him more than the market prize but he is not selling due to dispute between me and him. He is selling it at much lower prize to land mafia type people. What should i do?
