I was Married in 2015 and got divorced through a registered Notarized Document in March 2018. I got married again in April 2018 in lucknow with a dentist after meeting him through Shaddi.com . My Current husband was knowing all the facts at the time of our marriage. We got married in Arya Samaj and got our marriage registered as well. He is troubling now everyday to get divorce or nullify/void the marriage. He also gets violent and asked a lot of money during two and half years. He troubles me each day threaten me that he would bar me from working in my current organization and would also bar my passport as I am using his surname and name as spouse. He asks me each day to prove the end of the first marriage and do mental and physically torture. Is there any way I can get any kind of help? Since July Month he was asking me to go to Gujarat at my maternal place. I requested him that there are lots of corona cases and it is not advisable to travel however, he talks nonsense shit every day

You need to escalate it with the Police, that your husband has been abusing you. In the alternative, you can also file a complaint against him under the Domestic Violence Act. Contact a local lawyer and seek help.

First of all it is true that your marriage is not legal as the provisions of Hindu Marriage Act. you can not terminate your valid marriage through a document registered with notary public. you can do marriage after obtaining the decree of divorce from the competant family court. however you should not worry now and file a petition for declaration of your second marriage is not valid and void. on the basis of this declaration you can apply for the deletion of the name of your second husband in passport and other documents. you can file a petition under section 12 of domestic violence Act against the second husband also. you can contact me for detailed discussion and guidance through the administrator of this website

on the above mentioned query please note down that if divorce is not done in the first marriage then the second marriage is null and void. but in your case the second husband well known the all things inspite he take in confidence to you and arrange marriage from arya samaj mandir, so he will doing forgery to you, so he is accused of this crime.
so you can file a complaint for domestic violence, dowry etc.
