Maintenance for majority son as mother is govt teacher

Majority son of 18+can get maintenance from father whereas mother is working as govt teacher, (Hindu by religion)
a major son cannot get maintenance from either mother or father what case do you have and what details are there full history of case is needed for better guidance you be of any religion but son attended majority so will not get maintenance from either of the parents

though the son is 18+ but I am sure he is not working ideally father is responsible to maintain his children till there education is over. Now that you wife is working and is a govt employee that doesn't take your responsibility away from you. so you should pay for the maintenance of your son. Pay nominal but you should pay then this can also prove you to be a good father. Think about it.
