Majority son of 18+can get maintenance from father whereas mother is working as govt teacher, (Hindu by religion)

though the son is 18+ but I am sure he is not working ideally father is responsible to maintain his children till there education is over. Now that you wife is working and is a govt employee that doesn't take your responsibility away from you. so you should pay for the maintenance of your son. Pay nominal but you should pay then this can also prove you to be a good father. Think about it. thanks and all the best.

My parents belong to OBC NC category . I was born in Bihar but raised here from infancy. In those days to get a birth certificate in Bihar was troublesome , so i have a birth certificate of Kolkata . And every other Document , Aadhar, voter Id etc mentions my residence in Kolkata .My obc certificate is from Bihar . Is it valid ? The community in which i belong is there in offical central gazzett of obc list . Please contact if possible.

If you surname is listed in Central list of OBC category then you need not worry at all. Central list is valid in entire country and all states will have to accept that list. Person can be born at one place and then shift to another place. Since you were born in bihar but got birth certificate from. Kolkata it hardly makes any differences. so don't worry about it. thanks & all the best

Q: Visa status in the process of divorce

Hi,My wife has a belgian Dependent visa based on my job in Brussels. If I apply for a divorce, can the visa be nullified immediately or will the visa be valid until the divorce case gets settled?

ideally visas will be valid till she is your legal wedded wife. Filing a divorce doesn't mean you have got the divorce. So once the final decree is passed then the dependant visa will get cancelled. What should I do when summon has sent from court to my husband and in laws but track report says the recipient is not located in this address where their address is perfectly correct. My husband is also in abroad.he also did the same. so the court will declare guilty me??
