Agar aapki wife alag rahti hain aur divorce ke settlement ke bawajood divorce dene ko tayar nahi hain, toh aap unilateral divorce file kar sakte hain. 1. Desertion ke aadhar par divorce Agar aapki wife 2 saal ya usse zyada samay se bina kisi valid reason ke aapse alag reh rahi hain, toh aap Section 13(1)(ib) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 ke tahat divorce ka case majbooti se lad sakte hain. 2. Cruelty ke aadhar par divorce Agar aapko mental torture, false allegations, ya marriage ka unjustified refusal jhelna pad raha hai, toh aap Section 13(1)(ia) ke basis par bhi divorce claim kar sakte hain. 3. Court Proceedings Agar settlement hone ke bawajood wife divorce nahi de rahi hain, toh aap court se decree of divorce maang sakte hain. Court agar dekhe ki relation irretrievably broken hai, toh ex-parte decree bhi de sakta hai.
