Maintenance and property right of me and daughter

I am staying separately drom my husband since sept 2024 .my husband and I had an agreement that he will be giving me 35000 per month but he refused ro pay and ther is one more point written on agreement that he has booked a house in Noida for which during registration if certain amount is given by me than he will transfer the property in my daughter name..but as he is not giving any money I doubt he will give that house ro me or daughter.pl help and suggest

when maintenance 125 has been filled in Hon'ble Court then you have to right/confirm that amount will take from your husband after Order. If your husband is denied to pay said amount then court will diside cost on opposite party. When you need a lawyer for processing your case please contact me.

Dear Client, In that situation first you should file a Maintenance case against your husband for monthly Maintenance and as per the part of Property it'll transfer through your as per the Guardianship and you daughter is minor so.

if you are living separately from your husband and your husband was agreed to pay you 35000 per month, you can file a petion under section 144 BNNS for Maintinace against your husband. i can give you proper advice after seen the contents of the agreement. please share this document on my WhatsApp number or call me
