Legal Notice for divorce sent by wife

My wife has sent a legal notice seeking divorce, she as mentioned creulaity, adultery as allegations .as well mentioned my salary and told that I hardly spend any amount on her and kid. However they haven't mentioned the response date as to when I need to reply to the notice. And in the prayer she is asking for my opinion and seeking divorce. Please advise what are the remidies to resolve the issue outside court as I don't want to divorce her.
Give a detailed reply to the legal notice and consult advocate and discuss on each point of allegations made against you , further initiate legal action from your side as you are wishing not for divorce

Dear Sir,
It seems your wife decided to get divorce from you mostly by way of mutual divorce. It is the best choice for you to agree for the same and go for mutual divorce. Even if you say no to divorce then she may go to Family Court and claim huge alimony and also easily get divorce. Divorce will be granted in case of ladies without any hurdle but it is very difficult for the husbands to get divorce. Take wise decision.

lt is not mandatory that you should reply to that notice, In your reply you will have to deny cruelty in case there is no real reality by you towards her your son. Is she not living with you right now ?
