Legal notice by court not given for the divorce filed.

13-Sep-2024 (In Divorce Law)

I have filed petition for divorce but the summons is not yet prepared by the court what to do. I cant be in this marriage anymore. Please tell me what to do

Yes it can be done you have to file for contested divorce in court , the court will take legal action and the opposite party have to file a written statement and than further there will be evidence and arguments for further discussion please come for a meeting for better guidance with all your documents. Ask your advocate to get the summons prepared and get them service on your wife address. You can get the relief from the court only. Also you can file cases against your wife to harass her and to teach her a lesson.

Go to the respective court where you have filed your petition for the divorce and after giving the copy of petition you can get the summons issued. Until or unless summon are issued the case for seperation cannot proceed.
