Q: Child Custody allowed to Father from Father in Law/Mother in Law
In my case I have contested Child Custody and Allowed by Family Court. 1 Month time has been passed as per court order but they did not hand over child to me. What should I have to do File a Habeas Corpus in High Court, Contempt of Court or Execution of Order. Note - Mother of the child is no more, 304 B was files against me but acquitted from the charges.

Q: Death in motor accident and defence thereof
One of my close one met with an accident i.e while driving car one motor cycle wala was stopped at road side or road cut of double road and when our car close to that cut he tried to cross and car hut him . Driver brought him to hosptal where in an hour during treatment he died. Bail already done from court. Now to defend the driver. Driver has licence ,Car RC polution insurance etc all ok. Motor cycle wala was not wearing helmet
