Just after 4 months of marriage my in laws are harassing me and my parents for my salary. Before mar

Just after 4 months of marriage my in laws are harassing me and my parents for my salary. Before marriage I bought house for my parents. And I'm paying for its emi. I already informed my husband about it before marriage that loan will be clear within 1.5 years. After that my whole income will be for us. He said ok. But He didn't inform this to his parents and married me. After taking out half share of domestic expenses and my personal expenses I repay loan with remaining amount. But now my in laws they don't want me to pay any emi.Constantly harassing me and calling, insulting my parents that they pay loan themselves.My doesn't stand his own words and wants my complete salary too.My parents are poor, they spent all their savings making me engineer. They do not have proper house to live so I bought one for them 3 years before marriage. My parents are old and stay unwell, I am 4 months pregnant. Our healths are getting worse due to this. What can I do?

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that if the things are getting worse do talk to your husband first amicably the things can be solved do not go for legal aspects as it will affect your married life as you are going to have a baby just talk to your husband to not to discuss further about your loan or emi with your in-laws if still don't give the emi and talk to your father for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

Hi, You should straight away tell to ur in laws and husband that Loan is under your name and u have to pay it. otherwise bank will initiate recovery proceedings on you or husband. Transfer of loan to another person is not possible. It's your work to make your husband and in laws understand this thing. Further you can contact to get complete information.

you can file a complaint under section 498A IPC , Dv act section 12 and 125 of crpc for the maintenance from your husband. but first you have to file complaint against your husband regarding this abuse n exploitation
