Hi Sir, if your wife has filed multiple cases across India to harass you.. You can File a transfer petition in the Supreme Court regarding proceeding all the cases in one court. For further details I need your documents of the cases to check. feel free to connect. Thanks

yes yes , If the case is filed in a different state , you don't need to appear each and every hearing, you will get relief to appear virtually or vedio conference . in proceeding . there is also chance the case will be transferred in your city

If wife has filed multiple cases in different states, it is advised to get all the cases transferred in one state only for better convenience of the parties and adjudication of the case. We can file a transfer petition in Supreme Court for the same. Thanks

Filing multiple cases in different jurisdictions is sufficient to show the conduct of the wife and you can either approach the concerned court for dismissal or the supreme court for clubbing of the cases. however, the reason for filing cases at different places is also important to take appropriate action. You can share your case details for further advice.

Depending on the facts of your cases, You can: 1. File a Transfer Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. 2. File Case to quash those cases which have been filed merely with the objective to harass by filing cases beyond jurisdiction in an attempt towards forum hunting. For better legal advice, if required, you can contact along with the details of the cases.
