Q: Is Husband can request to attend hearings via virtually ?

Hi When wife filed multiple cases against husband across different states in India, Is husband can file/take permission to attend hearings virtually until unless anything important, mean while how can I take permission to attend virtual Purposely she filed multiple cases across states to harass me mentally and physically, to avoid this strain is husband can attend remotely ? can we ask at SC ?your reply would be appreciated ?

Filing multiple cases in different jurisdictions is sufficient to show the conduct of the wife and you can either approach the concerned court for dismissal or the supreme court for clubbing of the cases. however, the reason for filing cases at different places is also important to take appropriate action. Q: Mentally harrasment.Need urgent help regarding defamation

I am a central government employee. Someone is writing fake complaints against me in my deptt/MHA/PMO/HM OFFICE/UP CM since oct 24. Enquiries was conducted by deptt on each complaint and given me clean chit. But person (who was given the complaint) is giving complaint in every month with different allegations. No one is interested to find that person. I am very mentally disturbed. I want legal help to find out this pers by help of court by directing concern and competent department.

you can file for defamation and even a complaint for criminal intimidation and the police authorities will help you firstly in finding this person and secondly initiating appropriate legal action against the person, which you can ultimately Use in your office as well.

Q: Divorce- british and indian citizen also muslim

My husband and I are muslim, we got married in UK he is indian NRI and indian passport holder (No British residency or visa) we were living in Qatar,I have left him and come to UK with my baby because of his abuse. Now he refuses divorce because he has all our money and does not want financial settlement. Now he is trying to get married again in India, can I register my marriage certificate at indian embassy and stop him from marrying before he divorces me?

The best solution is to file some case against him in Indian courts, this will automatically help in proving your marriage and also stop him from re-marrying.you can file legal cases against him being in any foreign country.I can help you with that.

Q: On going 125 crpc cross examination

During husband's cross examination is it ok to request the court upfront not to ask when happened but ask what and how happened as it is a 10 years' old thing? Saying everytime "I don't remember" makes it uncomfortable and puts some pressure. Please advise.

During the cross examination you need to consider every aspect of the case and the advocate during cross examination has the right to ask you anything about the past, which is in relation to the matrimonial life. it's sometimes very tricky to respond to the questions. you can approach me for better assistance during evidence in courts, as without going through the case file it would be difficult to give you best advice.

Q: my in laws and my husband wont let me enter in my own house

dear sir /mam i got married in april 2024 and my in laws send my bags to the rented house the very next day of my marriage . and since then they are mentally harassing mein alot i really need help . my husband beats me often and my sister in laws are interfering alot in my marriage . i really need help they forced me to get out of the house now m leaving with my mother and father help me

you can avail the legal remedy against the cruelty and torture by your husband and his family members. You can file the complaint before the CAW cell and can also file Domestic Violence complaint against the husband and his family members
