Filing multiple cases in different jurisdictions is sufficient to show the conduct of the wife and you can either approach the concerned court for dismissal or the supreme court for clubbing of the cases. however, the reason for filing cases at different places is also important to take appropriate action. You can share your case details for further advice.

Q: On going 125 crpc cross examination

During husband's cross examination is it ok to request the court upfront not to ask when happened but ask what and how happened as it is a 10 years' old thing? Saying everytime "I don't remember" makes it uncomfortable and puts some pressure. Please advise.

Advocate Sudhanshu Sikka answered
During the cross examination you need to consider every aspect of the case and the advocate during cross examination has the right to ask you anything about the past, which is in relation to the matrimonial life. it's sometimes very tricky to respond to the questions. you can approach me for better assistance during evidence in courts, as without going through the case file it would be difficult to give you best advice.
