If the wife doesn’t appear before the court even after receiving summons from the court then the case can be proceeded ex-Parte. In such situations, the disposal of the case can take up to 2 years. It is to be noted that the wife can file an application for setting aside the ex-parte order

Yes court will proceed ex parte once exparte evidence is fine court will award exparte divorce decree this will take 6 to 8 months from the filing of divorce. If she appears before the court then the divorce will be contested

A court can grant an ex parte divorce (without the other party) in case the other party does not appear in the court. However, there is no time limit for the same. This depends on the facts and circumstances of each case. However, an ex parte divorce can also be overturned by the High Court.

Hello sir please elaborate more what letter is served is it a summon which have been served to your wife and it depends from court to court after the reason once someone generally they go for next party and yes you would be hurting a divorce. If the court sends notice to the other party and he or she does not respond. Then the court would declare the respondent ex-parte. A ex-parte decree order will be in the favor of the respondent only. This will usually take 2 3 dates.
