I want to take Divorce ,can i fill case for null and void marriage.

Sir/Mam, I marriage happened 18years ago, right now i am living with my husband I want to divorce with him When i got married my age was not completed 18years. Can i fill case for null an void now?

You have an option to file a petition for seeking divorce on any of the grounds specified under the Hindu Marriage Act (assuming you both are Hindu's). It can't be declared null and void. You may contact with better particulars

If you want to go for divorce then if there’s any scope of mutual divorce then I would suggest to go for that one. It will finish within 6 months and is also less time & money waste. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You said that you are living with your husband for last 18 years and at the time of marriage or age was below 18 and now on this ground you want to take divorce so I suggest you don't complicate the situation rather go for a mutual consent and file a divorce on the basis of mutual consent for more details you can contact our office thank you

yes if u have full evidence about ur age u can claim that ur marriage was void and charge ur husband as well . further u can also dissolve ur relation and still claim for the property and monetory benifits from ur husband .
