I want to live with my abusive husband but he is asking for divorce
29-Aug-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I'm a Hindu. My husband was not affectionate towards me. So to drag his attention I texted some close texts to my friend. Now he is having those messages as evidence. I want to live with him. I'm having two small daughters. I'm working for very less paid salary. Financially I'm very weak in condition now with my daughters. I want to file maintenance, domestic violence and conjugal rights. Please help me. Actually he tortured me physically and mentally many times in this 8 years of marriage life.
Hello Madam,
Your messages to your friend even if it's for any reason will be against you in the maintenance proceedings. But if you can disprove his allegations, then you can seek conjugal rights, maintenance from you husband.

If you really intend to or want to live your husband don't file any criminal complaint against your husband. Try to explain yourself with husband either by you or by a person whom you both respect and trust which is the best way to convey your feelings.
If you file any complaint against your husband, definitely it will increase the gap between you and your husband.
You did a wrong either knowingly or unknowingly, try to convince him by the way you know. Consider the options you mentioned above at the last one.

Please be clear on what are you praying the court .,
Initially you say you want to live with him. Subsequently you want to file divorce and so and so
Anyway, please note cruelty is a good ground for divorce .,
Or if you want to live with him, speak the truth and settle the issue amicably .. you save time and money
