You have two options in respect of inter-religious marriage, either1. You can register your marriage under the Special Marriage Act, 1954.2. Or you can register your marriage under Christian Marriage Act, 1872 where it is allowed to register inter-religious marriage. Generally, Age differences between groom and bride is not an issue at all. But there's a minimum age of marriage (i.e. Boy 21 and Girl 18 fyi)

Q: Can opponent file appeal after a permanent injunction

Hi i have filed a property suit in court.I'm 1st plaintiff. Judjment has been granted permanent injunction against defendant & announced as decreed with cost. My questions 1)Can opponent file appeal after permanent injunction? 2)How much cost should opponent pay? 3)If he makes an appeal how long it will take for second judgement coz this case has been prolonged for almost 15 years. 4) how much should he pay to appeal in higher court? 5)can we now collect all the original documents tat we have produced in court if he makes an appeal? Thank you for your response in advance

Advocate K S Rajeshkumar answered
1. Yes, He can file appeal. 2. Details of cost imposed be specifically mentioned in your order copy. 3. It depends, no advocate can be sure about duration or determine period of conducting a case. I hope that it'll take atleast 1 or 2 years.4. Merely because an appeal is filed, does not mean that the order or decree of lower court is stayed.
