I want to give divorce to my wife
31-Jan-2025 (In Divorce Law)
I am 39 yrs old age Govt employee, after my first wife death due to hea issues in 2022 got married again on August, 2023. I have 4 yrs old boy child (with first wife) presently staying with my elder sister's house. There is no mutual understanding between us, I tried many times to convince her, again n again repeating same mistakes. I am getting mentally disturbed everyday, unable to carryout my work & not able to taking care of my Child. Need suggestions to get rid of her. Its been 1 yr 5 m mar
Dear Sir,
You have to file divorce petition along with permanent child custody on the ground of cruelty committed by your wife. Due to mental tortures created by your wife you are unable to justify your employment. There are side efforts that she may file Domestic Violence and criminal cruelty case under Section 85 of BNS Act.
