There are 2 ways to file a divorce...It can be either mutual or one sided..so it is important to know that in which category you lie..there is a separate procedure to file both the cases and it is dependant on the circumstances of your case..You can consult me ..charges of rs 500 will be applicable for consultation

Is it a contested Divorce or Divorce by Mutual Consent The procedure for both are different so it will depend. Divorce can only be filed after 1 year of marriage and the petition is filed in the family court having the jurisdiction to entertain your case
