I want justice and legal protection as in laws are torturing me

My in laws are torturing me mentally and are not letting me go to my parents's house since last 3 months and now husband is abusing me very badly . Mother in law and husbnad even tried to snatch baby from my arms saying that they will send me to the mental asylum and they will keep the baby themselves always abusing me verbally and my saying cuss words for my parents and for me. Mother in law always demanding valuables on every festival and husband is just following orders from his mother and sister and his brother in law
on the above mentioned query please file immediately a complaint case in der section 12 D.V Act for torturing you for dowry or other things. and thereafter file a FIR under section 498 A IPC in the concerned police station.

as told you that you have not visited your in-law house for 3 month and your in-law your husband and his others relative are harassing you in different ways and giving you dirty filthy abuse if you did not go to your home so there are many option available to you you can file a case of domestic violence against your in-law and file a law suit under section 498a crpc and dowry pro act sec 3/4

You can file in lower court and complain Domestic Violence act 2005 like 498a 504 IPC through FIR and u can also file maintenance under section 125 CrPC and anything u can contact me and matter is where district?

firstly you should call the police/dial 112 , when police come then you can go to your maternal home with your baby... after leaving your husband home, and after reaching your parent's home , you should file following cases--
1-- for maintenance u/s 125 cr.p.c.
2-- for your baby under guardian wards act
3-- for divorce... if interested
