Well, you can file a case of Unilateral Divorce against your Husband if he is not willing to Divorce you and as such, during the proceedings of Unilateral Divorce, you can ask for Maintenance and Child Support.

You need to specify the reason for leaving your husband and filing for divorce. After filing of divorce we can claim maintenance from husband and if you have any children from the marriage for them. We can also claim maintenance in other petitions.

As your legal counsel, I understand that you wish to live separately from your husband while receiving financial support for your monthly expenses. You have the right to claim maintenance under the relevant family laws, which ensure financial support for a spouse who is unable to sustain themselves independently. We can file a petition for maintenance under [relevant law in your country, e.g., Section 125 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC) in India, or spousal support laws in your jurisdiction]. The court considers factors such as your husband's income, your financial needs, and your current living situation. If you have children, their welfare will also be taken into account. Additionally, if you were subjected to any form of neglect, cruelty, or abandonment, we can strengthen your case by providing necessary evidence. We can also explore options for interim maintenance to ensure immediate financial relief while the case is pending. I recommend initiating legal proceedings at the earliest to secure your rights. Please provide details of your husband's income and any relevant documents so we can proceed effectively. Let me know how you’d like to move forward.

Well, first of all, you need to send a Legal Notice to your Husband asking whether he is willing to Divorce you or not? If he says no, then, you can file for a Unilateral Divorce under the concerned sections of law.
