I want divorce as my husband is assaulting me

Sir my husband does nothing n a habitual drunkard. He always takes money. not getting he use to assault n abuse me.I have no one in my maternal family. Please help me asap
as per your query I can only suggest that you can file a detailed complaint in your concern police station detailing is must and if still he doesn't get on the right track then you can opt for the last option divorce you can contact for further details are not proper like if you both are having any child any prior complaint has ever been filed and etc.

If you want to seek divorce then in that circumstances you need to move a petition for divorce before family court and as i can presume the situation mutual divorce will not be an option. You need to contest the divorce on the ground of mental cruelty.
